We limit content to products and/or services for business, associations, clubs, schools, government, and individuals' sites that promote legal sales, activities or fun. We reserve the right to reject any servers that carry content that is counter to our goals of providing fast and reliable network services.

WeHostMacs.com reserves the right to ban questionable content at our sole discretion. That content includes but is not limited to, bomb making instructions, sites that encourage the overthrow of the USA or any country, sites that promote harmful acts to individuals, groups of people or animals.
* Using the mail server for unsolicited email * Using the mail server as a relay for others to use.
“Spamming” (the sending of unsolicited email messages) is not allowed using WeHostMacs's servers/network. If an incident of “Spamming” is reported to us, we will investigate the report to determine if it is valid. If validity of the reported spamming is found then the offending client will be warned and notified to cease the practice. If any spamming occurs after notification then the client's account will be terminated.
WeHostMacs.com does not warrant or guarantee any services provided as fit for a particular purpose. Client agrees to hold IN-Depth/WeHostMacs.com harmless for any and all service interruptions due to any reason. Services that are interrupted (See SLA for details) will be due a prorated credit. Client agrees that the prorated credit is the complete and only compensation due for said interruption(s) of services. Client must ask for a credit within 10 days of the interruption by email or QuickMessage on or Contact Us page.
No refunds for service past the first 30 days. No refunds for domain registrations.
If you ever need to cancel, please call us before the beginning of your next billing term. No refunds will be given once your new billing term has begun. If you cancel before the beginning of your next term and we have already charged or received your renewal payment, we will refund it. If you cancel after your next term has begun, we can only hold unused service as a store credit, upon request. In addition, store credit will only be issued for whole unused months - no partial months.
